It alway nice to stay in this property. We feel like it's our home away from home. Its clean, spacious and the pool and jacuzzi are amazing. We will be staying here again on our next staycation.

Our family of 7 stayed here for 2-days in May. There were no concerns of space as this property is very spacious. When we arrived, we had to reach out to the owner as we had a question and he replied within minutes and was very responsive. We actually changed around our vacation plans for one of the days and stayed at the home enjoying the pool and the amenities of the property. If we ever make it back to Tucson, we will absolutely stay here again and I would recommend this property to anyone.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Booking and instructions were very easy.

We live in Colorado and were done with snow and cold weather. We stayed for two weeks and loved the transition to summer. The property was very clean and spacious. The check in process was very easy and all communication with the property owner was faster than we have had at any other place we have stayed. The private deck and pool area were daily places for us to relax after a day of golf, biking and hiking and was a perfect setting for happy hour watching the sunset behind the massive cactus. We would highly recommend the property and will return again for another winter transition.

The Royal Suffolk is very convenient to most anything you want to do in Tucson. Three miles to the Loop bike trail, less than a mile to the Pima Canyon trailhead and convenient to many other excellent hikes, five minutes to three major grocery stores and decent restaurants. The heated pool was usable but not heated in Feb-Mar. The hot tub was a welcome retreat after a 6-mile hike or 40 mile bike ride.

7 best girlfriends spent our week here and loved every minute! The home and outdoor spaces were perfect. Too bad the weather did t allow us to spend a lot of time out by the pool 😢. We loved the big dining area for playing games and cards and each bedroom had comfortable beds! Will definitely rent from Ted again!

This is a very nice property in close proximity to everything you would need. It was well equipped with comfortable furniture, bedding, and entertainment. The host was very communicative and quickly responded to anything we needed.

This is the epitome of what a B&B experience can a should be. Immaculately cared for property with all of the amenities; attentiveness and prompt communication with the owner who was truly interested in the quality of the stay; and a incredible view of the city of Tucson from above. This far exceeded any expectations we had , and unequivocally, we would book this place again should our travels bring us to the Arizona area again. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Everything was perfect! The property is private, quiet and secluded. The views are beautiful! The house is well stocked, clean and so comfortable. We are definitely coming back to this property next year!

Perfect weather in Tucson this time of year and the pool was clean and refreshing. House was clean, although housekeeping could do a bit better job of dusting and checking dates on items in fridge. Very small issue in an otherwise outstanding stay! Looking forward to returning.

We would certainly consider staying here again if we ever find ourselves back in the area.

We left the Seattle drizzle and were delighted with the Tucson sun during our stay. The house is very well set up and provisioned. It is neat and clean. The location on the hilltop is wonderful. The patio, pool area, and hot top are all well maintained. The views are great, the hot tup delightful, the proximity to outdoor adventures, hiking, shopping, and dining could not be better. Our host, Ted, answered the few questions we had very quickly. We will plan to return next year.
