Lussuoso 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni Luxury Villa si trova sulla cima delle colline panoramiche di Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica e a soli 3 minuti a piedi dal famoso ristorante "Ronny's Place" che ha le migliori viste sul tramonto e Sangria in Manuel Antonio. Casa WyRica ha quattro diversi tipi di panorami mozzafiato; Oceano Pacifico, Whitewater Surf, Mountain e Jungle. Tutto ciò che si può chiedere da una villa di lusso. Splendida vista sull'oceano con alcuni dei tramonti più incredibili che tu abbia mai visto! WyRica Adventures ha anche romantiche crociere private al tramonto che offriamo con la nostra barca Proline 33 '(Amy's Dream), si prega di chiamare per i dettagli. Ti sveglierai ogni mattina con una tazza di caffè fresco del Costa Rica dalla nostra fattoria privata di caffè (Dancing Iguana). Siediti e goditi le maestose albe sulle montagne dietro Casa WyRica, mentre guardi la giungla prendere vita mentre Ara scarlatta, tucani, pappagalli rossi pappagallo, parrocchetti chelati arancioni, caracidi crestati e molti altri uccelli tropicali volano nella giungla sottostante e terra tra gli alberi a Casa WyRica. Dopo una lunga giornata di tour in Costa Rica, ci si può rilassare con una nuotata rinfrescante nella nostra piscina a tema pesce vela o semplicemente immergersi nella nostra piscina Jacuzzi sul patio sul tetto mentre sorseggiate un drink a vostra scelta. Potresti anche volere che uno chef privato prepari una deliziosa cena al tramonto mentre guardi il tramonto. Semplicemente Paradiso !!!

This property was perfect for our family. The owner and his staff including his concierge, the guide he arranged into Manuel Antonio Park and his charter boat and crew were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. The home is spacious and the views from the deck on the second floor were breathtaking. We would rent this home again and recommend it to our friends.

Jessica the property manager was excellent! Super kind and helpful. They went above and beyond for experience. We saw lots of birds and wildlife from the pool and deck. A beautiful property with an amazing view at sunset.

This house is as described with some updates that really set it apart. The layout of mirrored floors was great for our large group and the addition of the fifth bedroom and bath is awesome. The pool is a great way to cool off but the covered outdoor kitchen and terrace was where we spent most of our time and the best part of the house for us. The views from there of the mountainous jungle and ocean were amazing. The home comes fully stocked but should you need anything Jessica is just a text away and response immediately. Doug was an incredible host and communicated with us very timely. We will definitely be back to stay in this home again.

The pictures are very hard to see - but there are power lines and utlity poles directly in the way of the view towards the ocean. A few of the pictures must be very old because they do not even show power lines - but they are directly in the way of what would be a great view of the ocean. The power lines need to be buried in front of the house. The sliding glass doors are old and need security bars as they are hard to lock and seem flimsy. The safe key that was supposed to open and close the safe did not work. Lots of small things that need attention. The outdoor space needs a lot of maintenance - the wood around the pool had lots of issues and the pool floor tiles were coming off, which resulted in cutting our daughters foot. The pictures don't match the property. The check-in and communication was great and we did 2 boats trips that were awesome with Wyrica, but I would not book this property at the price again unless it was updated and the power lines were buried.
