Bella spaziosa 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni villa con piscina in affitto nel grazioso villaggio di Laurens, Occitania (in precedenza chiamato Languedoc Roussillon) nel sud della Francia.
Il villaggio ha 2 panetterie, un ufficio postale, Boucherie / Charcuterie, Maison de la Presse, Bar, un take-away che serve pizza fatta a mano, hamburger, ecc. E un bellissimo ristorante. Molto vicino a un certo numero di Chateau, vigneti e Domaines. Un panoramico 25 minuti a Beziers, a 30 minuti dalla spiaggia.
La casa ha un grande open space, sala da pranzo e cucina. Doccia al piano di sotto. Al piano superiore ci sono 4 camere doppie, master con bagno e ampio balcone, bagno di famiglia e ulteriore guardaroba.
Giardino con piscina di buone dimensioni (9m x 4m, 1. 6m di profondità) doccia esterna, lounging e 3 x sale da pranzo / posti a sedere (uno coperto).

Lovely house in a really nice village. Its a really homely place to stay, everything you could need or want is provided. The swimming pool is lovely. Perfect all round.

Just back from a fabulous stay in Laurens! The property is absolutely beautiful - the photos dont do it justice, so much space and every single thing you could possibly need is there. All of the various outside spaces were well used, the pool was excellent, and having the steps into the pool was great for the smaller children who weren't very confident swimming. All of the rooms are well air conditioned and ive never stayed in a place with such a well equipped kitchen! The village is lovely - a couple of little bakeries nearby, along with a butcher, little convenience store, tobacco shop, and pharmacy (which was great for the various mosquito repellent/bite creams we needed!). The place is well situated for exploring the south of France - around an hour away from Montpellier, Narbonne, Carcassonne and Millau, with lots of little towns and markets to explore nearby. We had a few questions for the owners while we were away and communication couldnt have been easier or quicker - would love to come back and stay here again!

One of the nicest properties we have stayed at in France! Beautifully decorated and furnished, and so well equipped throughout, everything you could want and more (It genuinely doesn't feel like a holiday house at all, more like staying in someone's home) Loads of thoughtful extras like pool towels, two fridges, fans, gas in the BBQ - I could go on! The weather was excellent - we spent most of our time outside in the lovely pool, sunbathing, relaxing in a shady corner and dining under the covered area and we really appreciated the generous number of seats and loungers.
Great location - we used the village bakery everyday and treated ourselves when we heard the announcement that the oyster seller had arrived. Lots to see and do locally, slightly further afield we spent evenings at Marseillan port and the night market at Pezenas.

The pictures online don't do it justice! A lovely, well equipped and beautifully decorated house where everything has been thought about. Felt like we were staying in a small luxury boutique hotel all to ourselves!
