Questo lotto di 1/2 acro ha 2 case. Ha un grande ponte posteriore con una piscina. Una grande buca per il fuoco con molto spazio per radunarsi. La struttura dispone di 2 letti matrimoniali, 6 doppie, 2 divani queen-size e un futon. Ci sono belle verande arredate su entrambe le case. Queste case hanno tutto il necessario per cucinare, grigliare e rilassarsi. Un sacco di spazio per il parcheggio e le barche per uscire sul fiume. A pochi passi da bar e ristoranti della zona, la famosa taverna dei vecchi mulini si trova a circa isolati di distanza insieme allo storico mulino di zucchero. Ci sono 3 frigoriferi, 2 lavastoviglie, 2 lavatrici, 2 asciugatrici. Queste tesi sono case ben fornite dotate di tutti i tipi di condimenti, caffè, detergenti per saponi, shampoo e balsamo, spugna per piatti nuovi, asciugamani di carta, cuscini extra e coperta. Luogo perfetto per riunire un grande gruppo o la riunione di famiglia. Grande cortile per far correre i bambini, anche alcuni giochi per loro. È una comunità di golf cart che ha quel sapore da piccola città. Vieni a goderti questa bellissima proprietà e rilassati come pensi in Homosassa

Our host was quick to respond and our stay was nice.

Lots of room. Very clean. More than enough space for our two families. Location is perfect for getting to everything. We scalloped out of River Safaris and it was literally a minute away.
Old Florida feel. Only wish the mattresses were a little better.
But would stay again.

Had a long weekend in Homosassa for scalloping with both my family and in laws, rented both houses and it was great. Enjoyed the location near our favorite bars and restaurants, also loved having the pool and screened in patios for the nights at home. Thank you Joshua for the great stay!

I rented this place for my adult children to stay for their Christmas trip down to Florida. The pictures on line to not reflect the true condition of the property. They must have been taken years ago. Where do I start. First my kids were welcomed by the neighbors PitBull. The carport is falling down also., The property was not clean. I have pictures of roaches on the couch. The counter tops were all greasy. There was hair in the bathroom sinks and showers. The carpet was filthy in spite of a notice asking to “Remove Your Shoes”. When my kids got there at 11pm tired from traveling all day to get here, we had to scramble to find them rooms for the week in the local hotel. It was a nightmare. Then when I called the owner that night to ask for a refund, he refused saying that he and his wife cleaned the place. I guess one persons idea of clean is not another’s. Renter be warned!!

We loved this area, great location less than 1 mile from the boat ramp. Easy to walk to Macrae's and the Monkey Bar. Old Mill Tavern right around the corner.
The 2 houses were great for our large group of friends / families with children. We enjoyed the serene location and the pool/backyard/deck were great. Houses were well stocked with everything needed in the kitchens and grills for cooking.
Plenty of parking for 2 boats & additional cars. Owner was great and accommodating.

Easy-going Stay in Old Homosassa

Our stay was wonderful the owner was very accommodating and having two houses was great with the older kids. The pool and deck were a nice addition to be able to relax with the family. Would definitely recommend for a large group .
