the location was unbeatable! easy walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. convenient to the subway station. lots of shopping, food, drink, cafes, etc in the area. the apartment was clean and the sofa bed may be the most comfortable sofa bed I have ever stayed on! the hosts were amazing and allowed us to drop our bags when we arrived. they were quick to respond and very friendly. we would absolutely stay here again. great experience for our first time in Rome!

The beds were so comfortable (even the pullout!), everything was clean, the kitchen had coffee and all necessary appliances, there was even a bowl of fresh fruit upon arrival! Our family of four fit perfectly in the apartment and we loved having our espresso on the balcony each morning. The area is so close to tourist spots but yet so clean and quiet. Definitely a place I would stay again.

A few maintenance issues that needed addressing such as a leak in the shower and the bathroom door handle kept falling off. Besides those fairly minor issues, the apartment had quality construction and furnishings. All in all, not much that wasn't satisfying.

centered location, near relevant sites, very close to the metro and bus station. Apartment is equipped with all the kitchen’s base stuff: dishwasher, micro, oven, cutlery.

It was exactly how it should be!

First of all our big thank you to the owners for the flexibility while checking in! We arrived few hours before official check in and instead of waiting in the heat to be able to use the place, we were given the keys of the place to refresh and relax! No need to mention how central the location of the apartment is - all the attractions reachable on feet while in Rome and to get from the Train station is also just few minutes away! The place itself is big and bright, the bedroom makes you forget you are not at home - ultra cosy bed and overall relaxed flair. Oh and that romantic little balcony!

It is not really a complain, just to be aware for other travelers, sometimes we were able to smell some sort of cigarette smell in the external corridor (must be from the neighbor flat) it was not reaching the inside of the flat, but if someone is very much bothered by it and have a sensitive nose then it might be upsetting. Also to reach the elevator there are few steps, which can not be avoided, so do not bring an ultra heavy luggage with you :)

This property is exceptional, fabulous apartment, best location, only 5 min walk from Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

The apartment is situated very central, not far from stazione Termini, and near to metro (Barberini or Spagna) and busses. The hosts were very obliging with times of check in and check out! Everything is clean and very comfortable. In the kitchen we found coffee, salt, sugar, water, spices, ... and fresh fruit. Wifi works very well, and when we had questions, they were answered quickly. For our next visit in Rome, we will choose again Sweethome.
