Loved the location and we were lucky enough to have the spacious ground floor apartment. Lovely layout and sufficient amenities.

The front door slamming closed each time it was opened.

The location was central, the place was quiet, clean, and modern, and the air conditioning worked very well. The cleaning staff were conversational, friendly, and helpful. The courtyard view provided lots of light.

The coffee maker is noisy and could wake a person sleeping on the sofa bed.

Location is great! Centrally located in town and just several minutes to the Cathedral by walk. Room is spacious and clean. There is washing machine and dryer in the basement if you need laundry. Checkin was smooth and there are so many restaurants, bars, shops surrounding. Will stay here if I come to Seville next time!

Location was perfect. The apartment was clean, had an elevator, and it was super easy to check in.

Liked everything - only suggestion would be to add a small table in the bathroom. There is plenty of room and it would add more surface space for makeup, etc.

Very central location. Great communication from the host who is also the owner. He was extremely accommodating and let us check in early/or leave our bags until the room was ready. He also made recommendations for breakfast nearby and a storage locker the day we left. Lots of good outlets in convenient places. High functioning AC! Be prepared for two twins pushed together vs a single King. (This is typical in Europe). There is no bidet if that matters to you. You will have one flight of stairs to get to the unit. The building is beautiful and well maintained.

Central location in the city close to the Cathedral and Alcazar! East walk everywhere in the city. Access numbers to get into building and room made availability a breeze! Did not meet any staff but we had no issues. Plenty of restaurants within 50 yards. Parked the car in a main lot close by and left it there for the three days we were in town. Enjoyed the city and location of this property! Highly recommended!

Bathroon door did not work properly so had hard time closing it If more Kitchen utensils were provided, it would be more helpful

Property was very well located to see most of the attractions in Seville. Good restaurants and stores in close proximity. I think the price was reasonable for the location.

There were no sponges or dishcloths to wash and dry cutlery with. The tags on the tea bags were mostly missing so you didn’t know what tea you were drinking.

we specifically booked a property with a lift as we are in our late sixties and didn’t want to have to use stairs with our bags. However we were given an apartment on the top floor and the lift finished one floor down. No assistance offered by the host to help carry our bags up the stairs. also sent 4 messages before we arrived regarding check in arrangements only received a response as we were waiting outside the property.
