The staff were exceptional! I was blown away by the fact that they made it a point to send me a courtesy wine & chocolate package to mark my birthday! I also loved my room & the overall sanctity of the hotel! I will definitely be recommending it to friends!

I really enjoyed this hotel. The location was very nice, the staff was amazing!! all pleasant and sweet- they were the best! the room was as described and looked amazing. the balcony was very large and the room was spacious. the location was great. very convenient to go to ngor beach and other close areas. the cafe was also nice
had issues with airport transportation- hopefully their communication in this area can get better but otherwise I would still say it was great

The beautiful smell in the rooms and lounge.
WiFi was horrible. Connection keeps dropping all the time. Also there was no CNN or BBC on their TV channels.

The outdoor entrance was nice. Restaurant staff were brilliant so was the the receptionist.
There was no fridge, the light saving methods was frustrating (IR system). Door lock system old for the pricing, etc. Basically, the price doesn't commensurate with what you get.

Having stayed at a number of hotels and apartments over the last year this place is by far the best.
if your travelling on business or pleasure its first class all the way.The staff are just the best in Dakar.
Management could not be more welcoming and helpful. Two minutes walk from the beach and surf this is a jewel in Senegal.

Couldn't get any refreshments outside restaurant hours except tea priced at 4000 cfa!
