The spread was awesome. The Chefs and staff were exceptional. Lunch to was awesome !
The menu and service in the open grill house. Had dinner and it was a disaster. But Breakfast and lunch made it up

Friendly staff, good food at restaurant, comfortable bed
At outdoor restaurant, something poisonous is sprayed to keep the flies away. They die soon after sitting in the table. It seems a bit harsh.

Some of the rooms have a bit of a damp smell (although not all), the pool could have been a bit cleaner

Ils ont pris beaucoup de temps pour nous donner les chambres alors que nous avons réservé en ligne une semaine avant. Et l'odeur de poussière ou de l'humidité des tapis à la réception et aux couloirs. Ils faut aussi changer les mobiliers à la réception qui sont devenus vieux et les remplacer aux mobiliers modernes.

Scrumptious breakfast, good selection of food, lovely restaurants with a wide variety of meals. Professional staff, all we encountered without exception. Well trained staff. The hotel is extremely clean.
The wifi speed was not the best. Other than that the place had no other negatives.

Very good spread. Chef accommodated our request for special Indian items we requested for. Along with the masala tea.... great!!
Can't really think of anything. The staff kept asking if there was anything else we needed. Truly an experience rarely felt at many other hotels

Everything was excellent, and I can confidently state that it is one of my favorite hotels. The hotel's enchantment is primarily found in its service level. The personnel is so professional, friendly, and helpful, making the stay memorable and enjoyable.
I wanted also to remark on the exquisite local and international food they offer at the restaurants and how beautiful and pleasant the common areas are.
A special thanks to Riddhi who assisted me when I needed it and made my stay at the hotel perfect.

Wonderful front office staff. It took only 2 minutes to check Inn.
Wanted to try the breakfast but changed our minds after seeing what was there. No proper variety, food and juice stations empty at 9am when breakfast was open to 10.30am.

centrally located. food was amazing! wifi was consistent. decent pool. modern rooms. excellent wait staff. all guest areas were polished and made you feel comfortable.
There was a lot of construction going on on the guest rooms floor. The maids could be heard in long conversations in the hallway. The room doors slammed shut automatically so you know when others entered and left their rooms.
