location location. very convenient for Roger Dean Stadium and close groceries and restaurants

I am going to say a couple things about the rugs, the throw rugs really need to be washed and the big rug should either be replaced or taped down, it is flipped up at the corner and is a trip hazard. and with just the one bathroom it sure would help to have a mirror in the second bedroom. the washer and dryer would be nice to be accessible also. The house otherwise was clean and really was nice. loved the back porch.

I think I was first renter in this renovated property, so everything was new and clean. Many little amenities for renters are indicative of a 5-star hotel. Nice, tasteful furnishings inside & on nice deck. Close to Publix, restaurants, services. Rental agency very responsive to handle minor deficiencies with kitchen gadgets--not an issue now.

The duplex is not surrounded by $10 MM mansions on a waterfront, but once inside it's very very nice. Neighborhood seems quite safe.
