One of the best Vrbo properties we’ve stayed at. Spent a 4- night stay as a family of four- and everything about the property was five star- location, comfort (few of Paris rentals with really good air conditioning ), spacious places - esp if you have grown kids- you’d have room to sprawl out a bit. The patio was a great highlight for us, fully equipped kitchen for quick breakfast if you want a lazy start in the AM and just down from the apartment steps away are so many restaurants and stores - groceries, bakery coffee - you name it.The apartment is quite central to walk from to Notre Dame, a T away from Louvre, and metro to pretty much everything. Marcello,Our host is a super kind person and quick on phone / message to help out with any questions. We hope we can stay here again!

Marcello was amazing to work with during our stay. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect as there are many places to eat and most tourist attractions are within walking distance. We walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre and even the Eiffel Tower. Marcello arranged a taxi for an early flight upon departure. We would stay here again.

Marcello reached out prior to arrange a comfortable Mercedes van to pick us up at CDG. Jett lagged from California there’s nothing better than someone greeting us ( we are a small family husband, wife with our 12 yr) Marcelo met us at apartment helped hook up all IPads, cell phones and work computers instantly. Gave us a tour of apartment showed us everything and how to operate tv, blinds ect. Let me say LOCATION LOCATION PETFECTION! And the quietest place we have ever stayed ever & we travel internationally as well as state side often . Auto blinds from the loft and by kitchen balcony are well just a dreamy way to open the sunlight into the apartment. The high ceilings in the bedroom under the loft with the blackout shades are wonderful. The apartment is as described the bedroom downstairs is below the loft area and although not private meaning not in enclosed so you hear each other works well with a family or close friends ect. The one bedroom downstairs with a closed door and en-suite bathroom is great for anyone that needs to be tucked away with privacy. My sister joined us and stayed in the loft upstairs so she had her own toilet and would use shower in the private bedroom/bathroom. The patio is SPECTACULAR!! . What an incredible neighborhood with so many bakeries, markets if your cooking & restaurants. Easy walk to Louve and with so many historical locations close to walk with a youth. Highly recommended & trust me I’m quite particular. Thank you Marcello !!!!

The property was in a great location and very clean however the primary bedroom did not offer any privacy and the en-suite had no lock. It was difficult to fall asleep with guests in the loft. The bed was super comfortable but the towels and limited lighting in the bathrooms and rooms were disappointing. Marcello was very nice and communication was great.
