Wonderful stay. Great location in Zermatt. Beautiful accommodations. Hostess and housekeeper made check-in and transfers to and from the train station easy and comfortable. Exceptional.

This is our second stay at Penthouse Zen. The layout, the location and the views are wonderful. The proximity to the Matterhorn Express lift is unparalleled. What really makes this property perfect is Philippa and Palmira. Philippa goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. She even communicated with our son in law to coordinate the delivery of his snowboard. She is absolutely amazing. Palmira is the most efficient house cleaner and the property is impeccably clean, even by Swiss standards. Penthouse Zen is our home away from home when in Zermatt.

Our family loved this place and loved Zermatt! Everything was so easy and they helped with transportation to and from Zermatt. You will love this vrbo!
