B&B HOTEL Saarbrücken-Ost

The room was clean and comfortable and away from the street noise even if the tram /bus stops are just direct in front of the hotel

There was this checkin machine by the entrance door which can be confusing for the guests who will arrive after 10pm when reception hours are over There should be a note telling guests that they dont need to checkin through this and that the number code at the entrance door is also the same for the room door code for resting I thought i needed a card to tap on my roomdoor to get in and that this machine will generate one

Very clean and modern, reasonable place and not far from the city centre. Comfortable bed and pillows, good shower and internet.

The room was fine. A little small, but good view, really comfortable bed, decent shower, and the price was very good. No nonsense, good value.

When I checked in there was only a touch-screen machine to do it. That's fine, but this one had a lot of steps and was definitely slower than human check in would have been. Weirdly, when I went out later, there was suddenly a reception desk and receptionist that weren't there before! And when I got back, they were gone again. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment, which means common areas are a literal building site. But there was no noise at the weekend, so no complaint.

I was very impressed The hotel is in the middle of renovation New rooms and bathroom Beautiful hotel
