Ideally located in the village of Belleville/Jourdain (on the border of the 19th and 20th arrondissements) and a stone's throw from the Buttes Chaumont park and Belleville park, this 2-room apartment with double exposure parquet flooring and bathed in light, enjoys an exceptional view of the Bolivar square. Quiet and comfortable, it has, in a neat decoration, 5 beds. For lovers of the popular Paris of Edith Piaf..... and 15 minutes by metro from the heart of the capital. Lively but quiet district with all shops, banks, post office, swimming pool, Rothshire hospital...
Private and closed parking is available on request 3 minutes from the building. Ask for availability at the time of booking. Apartment on the 5th floor without elevator

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very warm, cozy, and comfortable, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around Paris and visiting all the main attractions incredibly easy.The host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions or requests we had, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris and would gladly stay here again without hesitation!

The host Benoit was so helpful and gave so much useful information. The apartment is very charming, in a great area. We enjoyed our stay very much.
