This is our second year staying at a Festa property. Everything is as expected, the homes are clean and well maintained and location is perfect… especially for family with young children! Looking forward to staying at one of their homes next year!

House was a good size for 3 people. Parking tight. The neighbors who I believe were renting as well had two little dogs that barked a ton when they were gone. Perfect walk to beach and main boardwalk.

Stay was wonderful - only drawback was parking. One narrow space blocking next door entrance if you didn't park as far into the space as you can. When you did this, using the picnic table wasn't possible.

Our family of four had a fantastic stay, and Bob was extremely easy to communicate with! He provided us a typed list of restaurants in the area, and we rode our bicycles to dinner every night! We played Can Jam on the beach, mini golf at Castaway, enjoyed arcade games, boardwalk fries, Kohrs Bros Custard, fresh donuts in the am, and even ziplined at Jenkinsons! You are steps away from the beach and boardwalk but tucked away from the noise. Would love to stay here again! Thanks Bob!
