Luca communicated very well and always had a quick response with all questions. The apartment was located right above a market so we were able to get beverages and snacks when needed. Per the suggestion of Luca, we closed up the shutters and kept it all closed and it helped keep things cooler. We were there during an unusually HOT and HUMID time and had to try to keep the apartment cool. We ended up getting a two day water bus ticket to navigate from the apartment to San Marco square and it worked out great. It helped us limit some of the extra walking in the heat. Thank you Luca.

Luca was an amazing and informed host. He met us at the station and guided us to the apartment. He special care to make sure we were comfortable and to share some of the history of his family and their apartment. The flat is beautiful and spacious and being able to look out a window or step out onto the balcony to see the roofline or the canal made even our downtime special. We found it very convenient to get to and when it was time to head to the airport, it’s a relatively quick exit. After spending time at St Marks, we were grateful to come back to a quieter part of town and enjoy some air conditioned space. Also, there is a market downstairs which made restocking for snacks and breakfast very convenient. Thank you Luca for having us. Hopefully we will return and stay with you again.

A fantastic place to stay in Venice. I highly recommend! Luca the host was fantastic and can’t say enough positive things about him.

Luca was great , not much bedding for pull out bed , no electric kettle had to boil water
