This apartment is absolutely amazing! It is quite spacious and it is very quiet, yet still close to everything. It is also very close to a vaporetto stop, which is convenient. The outdoor space is fantastic - and is as great as it looks in the photos. In fact, the whole place looks better than in the photos (it looks great in the photos but the real thing is even better). Communication with the hosts was easy and straightforward. No issues - we would definitely stay here again next time we return to Venice.

Serena was a wonderful hostess who met us late after a delay in travel. She answered all of our inquiries and provided some tips on the best places to stock the fridge as well as navigating the water buses. Walk from the boat drop off to the front door was 2 minutes. The apartment was clean and spacious and was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do! Could not have asked for a better place to stay for our first trip to Venice!

I stayed in Venice for 2 weeks, part of the time with adult friends and part with family including a 10 year old. Everyone loved and enjoyed the location and the apartment, including the beautiful balcony shaded by the arms and leaves of a 100 year old grape vine growing up from the property next door. There is one flight of stairs from the front door to the floor with the bedrooms and another flight to the living room, kitchen and balcony We had three to four people living there at a time and having one bathroom was no problem. The location was handy for all of Venice and the vaporetto stop was only a few doors away from the apartment. Late at night it was only a very short walk from either the S. Angelo or Accademia vaporetta stops. The apartment is stocked with umbrellas and carts to pull groceries back from shopping, coffee, detergent for the washing machine and such. Our host could not have been more helpful, particularly quickly answering various questions before we arrived. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

We stayed here with our family and the host was fantastic and very helpful. The location was great - close to everything but far enough that it was quiet. The place is nicer than the images!
