Unfähiges und unfreundliches Personal vor Ort, in einem Büro, das viel zu weit weg vom Appartement ist. Auf Fragen wurde nicht geantwortet. Es wurde gelacht und gesagt, wir würden zu heiß kochen, weshalb der Herd nicht funktionieren würde und die Hauptsicherung der kompletten Wohnung heraus fällt? Und dann kein Strom mehr da ist im ganzen Appartement.
Das Appartement ist in einem schrecklichen Allgemeinzustand. Risse in den Wänden, ein NICHT funktionierender Herd. Mehrere kaputte Lampen. Im Klo komplett dunkel. Das Appartement war nicht sauber als wir kamen. Der Elektriker musste 3 Mal innerhalb einer Woche kommen, um Schäden zu reparieren und provisorisch aufzubessern.
Mehrere kaputte Lampen und Elektrokabel die aus der Wand hängen. Kissen sind mit Büroklammern geflickt und Sicherheitsnadeln repariert.
Staub unter den Betten wirkt als wäre seit Monaten nicht geputzt worden.
Die Kaution erhält man angeblich nach 15 Tagen zurück, aber niemand kontrolliert das Appartement, wenn man es verlässt. Keine Ahnung was in diesen 15 Tagen passiert.
Das Geld für das Appartement ist es auf keinen Fall wert. Sollte nicht gebucht werden, wenn man nicht abgezockt werden möchte.
Incompetent and unfriendly staff on-site, in an office that is far too far from the apartment. Questions were ignored. Instead, they laughed and said we were cooking at too high a temperature, which is why the stove wouldn't work and the main fuse for the entire apartment would trip—leaving us with no electricity at all.
The apartment is in terrible overall condition. Cracks in the walls, a NON-functional stove. Several broken lamps. The toilet is completely dark. The apartment was not clean when we arrived. The electrician had to come three times within a week to fix and temporarily patch up damages.
