この素敵で好感の持てるメゾネットアパートメントは3階にあります チューリッヒ市の小さなアパートの建物の床。
ハレンスタディオンから徒歩10分、閑静な住宅街の真ん中にあり、公共交通機関（トラム番号7、9、10、14）やショップ、サタデーマーケット、レストランに近い。
アパートには暖炉のある広いリビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、Swisscom TV、音楽システムがあります。 WiFiとバルコニー。 2人用の160 cmベッドを備えた1ベッドルーム、食器洗い機、セラミックコンロ、オーブン、電子レンジ、小さなキッチンバルコニー、シャワー/トイレを備えた設備の整ったキッチン。 上の階、屋根の下、それぞれ2つのベッドがある2つの寝室、遊び場のある子供部屋としての140cmのベッドのあるオープンスペース、小さなシャワーとトイレのある新しいバスルーム。
アパートは3日です カトリック教会に対して、非常に静かで安全な住宅街の小さな近所の通りの床（エレベーターなし）。 お客様には駐車場をご利用いただけます。

Adorable place! The second-floor rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortably accommodated my four adult children. The location was excellent, with grocery stores and several restaurants within easy walking distance, which made our stay very convenient.There is a church nearby, and we personally enjoyed hearing the bells—it added to the local charm and character of the area. Guests who are sensitive to noise should be aware that the bells can be heard, but for us it was part of the experience.A special shout-out to the Schnitzel Haus, which was one of our favorite dining spots during our stay. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily return!

We had a great time at this property over Easter weekend! We had Seven adults and it was nicely close to UZH Irchel and my daughter’s apartment at Berninaplatz.

A nice apartment, well furnished with all the items to make the stay homely. Located in a nice area with good availability of convenance stores and restaurants. Accommodating host!
