Villa Bornico (built in 1970) is situated on the hill in Monte Maderno, a town of Toscolano Maderno. In 2010 she has also been renovated. The villa consists of 2 twin apartments: Maclino and Stina, each for 4 people in 2 bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the apartment Stina, and a large tavern with kitchen and table for 12 people. In the property there is a wide terrace, swimming pool, private parking, lake view, 4000 m2 of land, in an idyllic location surrounded by the forest.
Several seats: in the shade in the woods or in the sun on the terrace.
Relax in the countryside with swimming pool and lake view
Around the house there are over 4000 m2 of land. Thanks to a fence, the children can play around the house in safety. Lemon trees, palms, olive trees and cypress trees surround the house, so you can relax undisturbed in the countryside. There is a swimming pool and a terrace where you can enjoy the absolute tranquility. Lake view, private parking, wireless internet access and HD TV with DVD Plazer are also available. This villa in a beautiful hillside location, just 5 minutes' walk from Maclino. There you will find restaurants, bars and shops. Toscolano Maderno, the main village, and the sea are about 2 kilometers away.

Excellent hosts, very helpful and attentive.The property was delightful, clean and well appointed.The new air conditioning in the lower apartment was a little temperamental, but other than that it was all excellent.

We had 2 beautiful weeks in a villa which perfectly fulfills the description. Everything in the villa was as expected. Each of the two flats are perfect for a family of four and includes a small kitchen. We mostly used the large common kitchen in the bottom floor for cooking lunch and dinners. The terrace is large enough for both sunbathing and having lunch/dinner. The pool is perfect. Raffaele maintains the ville perfectly and is a very good host.
