1st floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom 13 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bathroom 8 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine.

Poreč, district Novo Naselje. The holiday home is located on a 15 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
