Duplex 88 m ² with 1 room in RDC, 1 room of water and 1 separated toilet in the rdc and 2 rooms and sdb with toilet on the floor.
Garage adjoining the apartment with direct access from the apartment.
Terrace and garden (150 M ²) privative. South facing.
Capacity: 4 adults and 2 or 3 children maximum.
Rental in season from Sunday to Sunday.
Week end or short stays possible depending on availability.
Accommodation NO SMOKING.

Cet appartement est en état neuf, très confortable et ultramoderne, très bien placé à cent mètres de ma mer et pas loin des commerces, et de plus au calme. La cuisine est un vrai plaisir pour ceux qui aiment ça!... et le jardinet communique directement. Idéal pour 2 couples, ayant chacun leur intimité (ch+sdb) au rez et au 1er. Grande facilité de parking puisqu'il y a un garage privé communiquant et possibilité de garer en plus 2 voitures devant celui-ci.
