The house is near a running river so that you able to open the windows and enjoy the sounds of the rushing river, the birds chirping and the gentle breeze. Kitchen has necessary utensils. Beds, floors were very clean. It was nice to have a washer as well. A small, in-house AC unit helped with the recent hot afternoons. Near to the Equi Terme swimming pool, and several restaurants and bars. Would recommend. We stayed for 3 months.

This house is a gem. We stayed for a long while and enjoyed every day. Open the windows in the morning to enjoy the sounds of the forest around you; the small river that runs next to the house, the birds chirping, and views of wooded mountains. The home is well equipped and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. We spent a good deal of time sitting by the river, walking the forest trails, and visiting the nearby villages. This is a fine place to enjoy peace and quiet and relax with several nice restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Somewhat difficult to find the house, but it is worth the drive. Make sure you follow the directions exactly as provided and get familiar with the surroundings before venturing out. Otherwise, enjoy you stay. We look forward to returning. Carlos & Veronica Romero

We had a great time at Il Mulinello. It is very peaceful and yet there is lots to do in the area, especially if you enjoy hiking without throngs of people. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the bed is quite uncomfortable and the place could use a really good cleaning to get rid of the cob webs and ants.
