This is a wonderful property and we would definitely stay again! We love the proximity to Main Street (an easy 3 block walk) and the town center. Yet, the surrounding area near the house is very quiet, Our multi generational family had plenty of room with each group having their own bedroom bathroom. Common areas are spacious. Adults loved the hot tub. We didn't prepare meals here but noticed that pretty much everything to do that is available. It is great to have a driveway for parking two cars as street parking nearby is often filled. The host, John K., is accessible and responsive; house details are provided timely in advance and everything is clear/easy. Online photos and descriptions of the property are accurate. Overall, this is a terrific place to stay in Breck given the location, all of the property amenities and the host.

We stayed in this beautiful home and it exceeded our expectations for a family visit to Breckenridge. The home was very comfortable. The beds were the best we’ve ever had in a rental home. The home was well stocked and perfectly located in town. The street was quiet with a quick 5 min walk to Main St and Ridge Dr for great dining and shopping. The shuttle picks up just down the block for an easy ride to the gondola for first tracks! Everyone had their own space/BR and bathrooms with fantastic common areas for group dinners and evening socializing. We loved the hot tub! We highly recommend and would love to stay in this home in our next trip to Breck!

Great location! Beautiful home. John was very responsive with our questions. We had our two children, their spouses and each had a child. Was a perfect setup for everyone to have their own room. The kitchen had EVERYTHING! We walked everywhere. Didn’t use our car the entire week.
