I find the staff friendly and very helpful.Lots of good restaurants in the area. The location is central but a bit of a walk for seniors like me. My children though find the location excellent.
Better pillows.

Location was good & staff very friendly & helpful.
Bed was extremely hard as well as the pillows. Advised the desk who promptly added memory foam bedding & provided soft pillows which was great. Hotel cooling system not normal air conditioning & cools without air, unfortunately found warm at night. Hotel does lack facilities like laundry, ice machines, vending machines etc.
