In addition to the sunrooms, the great room includes an open living room with a 55" Roku TV, radiant floor heating and a fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms on the second floor and a fourth bedroom high in the house's original A-frame. An east-facing balcony off of the master bedroom welcomes sweeping views of the sunrise and a south-facing deck off another bedroom is great for sun-lovers!
The house is a 25-minute drive to downtown Evergreen, where you can enjoy great restaurants and shops. Evergreen Lake is a beautiful place to ice-skate in the winter, boat or sail in the summer, or fish for trout all year long! World-famous Red Rocks Amphitheater is a scenic 45-minute drive and hiking trails abound in the area.

One needs AWD or 4 wheel drive in the winter. The last 1.5 miles to the house is an unpaved mountain road, curvy and steep at times.
