The communication was good before checking in.
Leaving luggage prior to check in time is not possible. The Airbnb/hotel is located uphill which is serious lot steep. Think twice it you could. And the shared shower room is wet and blocked due to hair which made it disgusting…

The room and bathroom is clean. The bed is confortabble and the host is very welcoming and willing to help. The view is also very beautiful. It is located around 10-15 min hill walks from the city centre, so it is like an exercise for me after i eat Bosnian food in the city. I actually enjoy the walk.
But for people who dont enjoy walking and have big luggages, you might want to get a taxi.
In short nothing that i didnt like.
One improvement i hope the host can take note is to be clear upfront on the payment method. Payment is cash only and i only know about it during check in. I am lucky that i have cash with me.
It would be much better is the hostel can accept payment by credit card.
