ドゥブロヴニクの旧市街とアドリア海から徒歩わずか15分の素晴らしいロケーション。 明るく広々とした3ベッドルームアパートメントには、フルバスルーム（浴槽とシャワーを含む）とオープンキッチンがあります。 ゴージャスな屋外テラス、ワイルドガーデン、素晴らしい景色。
その他の設備には、エアコン、洗濯機、WIFIが含まれます。 ハイチェアへのアクセスと子供に優しい。

Very nice property and great location!

I'm glad we had turned in our rental car and could take an Uber to the location. Street not easily found. Healthy climb up stairs to the property. That being said, it worked great for us. Closed courtyard for grandkids to play safely. Nice lay-out for family. Outstanding view. Quick walk to the gates and into the city yet extremely quiet. We would return.

Great location near old town and the water. Host was very nice and responsive as well

Location to old city is within a 10 minute walk. Owners are very nice and helpful. Property needed a good cleaning. Extra bathroom in separate bedroom was difficult to use with heavy smell of mold from bedroom. Also mold smell in one of bedrooms in main apartment. Tub leaked when used and noticed small leak under toilet where drain pipe enters wall. We were okay with conditions as we only slept and showered each day not spending much time at the property.
