The Okura Tokyo（オークラ東京）

First of all, it is an amazing historically important building and I was really curious to see it. But the hotel exceeded my expectations - it is like a zen temple in the middle of megapolis,we even considered to extend our stay there. Attention to detail, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, everything was perfect and we could relax after our flight. We will definetly stay at Okura again.

They have a bit weird online concierge service where you need to sign a pape before they can book for you, but it is common in Japan so was not a minus for us

Staying in the Heritage wing is perfect however the constant walk over to the prestige wing club for breakfast, snacks drinks was a little tiresome Also to use the sports facilities and Spa

All was perfect loved the room and the way they value their guests.

One negative point: I didn’t enjoy my spa experience. Although the facilities were extremely luxurious, modern, and high-end, I felt very uncomfortable with guests walking around completely naked. I found the atmosphere unpleasant and uncomfortable, which significantly affected my overall experience.

Everything, staff helpful, rooms excellent

The gluten free options were limited a the disappointment was that the gluten free bread came in a plastic package whereas such a big luxurious hotel should have provided its own backed bread. To be accurate, this happened when I went to have lunch. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so I do not know if this is also the case for breakfast.
