The size of the villa was amazing and it was very beautiful. We had an amazing stay overall, the villa is very close to Seminyak Square and the staff were very helpful.

As most of the villa is open / outside there is some natural wear and tear but this wasn’t a huge issue

The location, very central. The staff were eager to please and all requests were promptly administered.

No sun loungers. , only bean bags. We are in our 70’s. The pool was very deep for the children. The staircase had no hand rail.

Size, pool, cleanliness and location was great. Staff are very responsive to requests.

Floorboards by pool and entry are due for renewal. No milk or kettle provided, although they do provide an instant water heater which is hot enough to make tea.

Breakfast was served in my apartment terrace Varied breakfast from fruit ,cereals and a warm meal an iron was provided on request bedding was clean One complementary tasty italian lunch was provided. I did not choose the alternative complementary massage

i would have loved milk with my coffee I should have been told that i do not have access to the pool The floor should have been cleaned properly on arrival i would have loved soft pillows
