Everything was as described and shown in the picture. Check-in procedure was very detailed and everything was prepared with utmost care. Great also that they have easy to understand guide all over the property.

We loved how much space we had in this property! We had everything we needed and the beds were the comfiest we have had in japan! It was like sleeping on a cloud. Everything we needed was within a 10-15 min walk away. Loved it.
Nothing really. It could get a little noisy at night from street noise but that’s part of staying in a big city. It didn’t really bother us.
