the booking.com reservation did not make it to the hotel.
I had to secure another set of rooms at additional cost.
your 'customer service' app was garbage.
I will not be using your services again.

The room is spacious and we were close by dining area
No complimentary breakfast for a $220. And the shower pressure was
Stringy.

I have an additional charges from Holiday inn on my card that they claim is not showing on their side. The lady I talked to at front desk was completely rude about the situation and would not help me.
