A dining area for six people invites shared meals. From the living area and bedrooms, you have access to the furnished south terrace with sun loungers, dining table, awning and direct access to the garden - perfect for relaxed hours outdoors.



A private car park is available directly at the house. Pets are not permitted in this accommodation. Upon request, an airport transfer can be organised, and there is also the option to use a communal washing machine.



The apartment is located only about 600 metres from the sea, with the gravel beach easily accessible on foot.
