この家 について
The house is approx. 1500 square feet, has two bedrooms upstairs, two downstairs, two full bathrooms and an outdoor (enclosed) hot-water shower. A front porch and side deck afford great views of Cape Cod Bay. It was built in the 1950's and has been owned previously by one other family, who took excellent care of it. It features a lovely living room with fire place and classic knotty pine paneling walls and views of the bay from the front rooms on first and second floor. A small backyard is perfect for kids play.
With the stairs to a private beach located approx 100 feet from the house, no need to drive to the beach! The bayside in this area is great during low and high tides, to swim during high tide or explore the sandbars and tidal pools when the tide is low.
Guests provide their own bed, bath, beach linens and towels.

Location was perfect, access to the beach is just across the street! There was more than enough room in the house for the 5 of us as well as our dogs. Enjoyed the ocean views! Host was extremely accommodating especially with the less than ideal weather.

This was our second time renting this home and would do it again. You can’t beat the location and the bay view. From the bedroom upstairs you have an incredible view especially for sunsets. The house has everything you could possibly need and the owner was very accommodating. Checked in a few times to make sure we got in okay and if we were enjoying our stay. We didn’t want to leave!

From the get-go, Kevin (the owner) was totally accessible and helpful. The cottage itself is very well equipped, right down to the infant-sized spoons and coloring supplies to keep the young ones occupied. A nice deck and yard and ample parking. Highly recommended.

It was a great location for a family vacation. Loved that the beach was just across the street, bike trails close by and wonderfully quiet neighborhood.
