The photos do not do this villa justice. I have stayed in a lot of villas in puerto del carmen and this one is definately the best! The walk down to the strip isnt long and a taxi back is only 4 anyway. Absolutely brilliant i will certainly be booking again.

We stayed here with our teenagers and their friends and had a brilliant time. The apartment was spacious and spotless (no air con but fine even in August). The pool area is stunning with comfy loungers, amazing views and a fantastic pool. The villa itself was clean, a little dated, but had comfy beds and two bedrooms with air con. Location was great – Lidl 10 mins, 20 mins to the Strip and Old Town. No car needed, but if you struggle with walking you would want one. Huge thanks to Andreas, a fantastic host who was always available. We’d definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay here, myself and 3 friends. Better than the photos show....this place is huge. Very comfortable and has a very large outside area. Great lighting for chilling in the evening. Outdoor barbecue was used almost every day. Great saunas and hot tubs which we used every day and evening. Matthias was very helpful. Easy check in for keys. 10 minutes walk down to the beach. Would definitely rent this again.

Beautiful villa, very well equipped and comfortable. The pool and outdoor facilities all very good. Considering it’s such a high spec villa it’s a shame there isn’t air conditioning. The villa is quite a long way from things and some of the taxis didn’t know where it was and even First Minute Transfers which we’ve used many times couldn’t find it. The villa could do with an information file with maybe directions , taxi numbers , emergency numbers, bus info etc. Matthias very good and we had a lovely family holiday.
