The instructions I've received in the mail were easy to follow and therefore easy to execute it. Property on itself was good, the basic, We had all we need.

First, as we arrived very late, we had difficulty in finding the accomodation. Adress of the accomodation we received in mail instruction does not match in reality.. We are searching for hours on the left side of the canal but finally we managed to arrive at the accomodation which is located on the right side ( Fondamento Borgo). We looked it up not in mail instruction but followed address through booking.com.... Second we had a large number of suitcases and in order to reach our apartment, this was a bit exhausting.

It looked rustic yet modern. Very clean excellent instructions, made our stay very pleasant.

There are a lot of stairs and it was a little inconvenient for the older people we travelled with.

Great location. Agency staff helpful. Very clean on arrival.

The property is generally shabby. Kitchen equipment lacking - eg no small/medium saucepan, bread knife, scissors. Beds good but furniture not very comfortable. Maintenance issues, e.g. one chair with a broken leg was propped against a wall, utilities work not finished properly leaving holes in bedroom wall.
