Everything is super clean and warming, amazing facilities and activities. Coworking, restaurant, kitchen, staff, you can have time to rest or socialize.

The staff were very friendly and the double rooms have AC. The on-site restaurant serves good food, even though the prices are a bit on the higher side.

We stayed in a private double room, which was unfortunately very overpriced for what it offered. The room has clearly seen better days, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the shower only had cold water with very low pressure. Even though the staff gave us a room that was supposed to be quiet since we specifically requested it, it was still very loud, you could easily hear the music from the rooftop and people partying late into the night. The area around the hostel is also unsafe; the staff advised us to always take a taxi and never walk alone, as there’s a high risk of being robbed. What I also found very disappointing was the pricing of bottled water: the hostel charged 7,000 COP for the same bottle that costs about 2,600 COP in a supermarket just two minutes away. This feels quite unfair, especially because guests are advised not to walk around the area, so many people do not feel safe enough to go to the shop and are effectively forced to buy water at the hostel.
