A charming cluster of 5 renovated trad modern houses, Max 30 ppl, "Uan/Kaze"
粟田口宇庵は小さな庭をぐるりと囲んで建つ花・月・風・空・星の5棟からなり、そのうちの一軒家〈宇庵・風〉の宿泊施設です。ご予約人数によってご利用頂く棟数が変わります。
築100年以上になる民家を古い雰囲気を残しつつも生活しやすく全面改装しました。それぞれの建物は花: 2階建て80㎡、月: 2階建て75㎡、風: 平屋60㎡、空: 2階建て90㎡となります。
全ての棟にキッチン(調理器具、電子レンジ等もあります)、お風呂、洗濯乾燥機、家具が備わっており、シーツやタオル、歯ブラシもご用意致しております。
アクセスは地下鉄東山駅から徒歩約5分の立地にあります。南禅寺、平安神宮、京都市美術館、知恩院、八坂神社へのアクセスは抜群です。
チェックインはもちろん日本語で対応可能です。チェックインの際は私か家内が鍵の受けた渡しをさせて頂きます。京都観光の拠点としてのご利用をお待ちしております。

You can’t find a better place to stay in Kyoto. If you’re planning a VRBO stay, these houses are exceptional in terms of location, cleanliness, attentive staff, and beautiful surroundings. I cannot say strongly enough how wonderful a place this is.

My family had an excellent stay in Kyoto. The house is in an excellent location (easy walking distance from several major temples, and about 5 minutes from a subway station. The house was very clean and included everything we needed. The host even provided a bottle of Saki on check-in.The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our family and all of our luggage. The bathroom has a very nice shower, and there is a washer/dryer combo which allowed us to stay current with laundry. The area is very quiet and there are some excellent restaurants and coffee shops close by. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

The location was great. The Kaze house was small, but comfortable for 3 people. The house was clean, the beds comfortable. The kitchen worked well. The laundry worked well. The property manager met us to let us in and inform us about the house. I highly recommend staying here. Barbara P
