Charming Antique in Wellfleet Center-- walk to shops, beach!

ファンキーなアンティークの精神を尊重しながら、家は徹底的に改装されました。 両方のバスルームは2019年に更新されました-写真をご覧ください。

正式な正面玄関からは、薪ストーブ、クラシックやワールドミュージックのアルバムを多数収録した古いハイファイ、スマートテレビが備わる、大きくて日当たりの良いダブルのリビングルームがあります。 リビングルームは半オープン式の正式なダイニングルームとなっており、改装されたキッチンに通じています。
キッチンとフォーマルダイニングルームの両方には、豪華なラップアラウンドデッキと人里離れた庭に通じるドアがあります。 夕食のために新鮮なハーブを選んでお楽しみください。 プロパングリルが用意されています。
また、1階には、フル・バス（シャワー）とスタッカブル洗濯機/乾燥機付きのツイン・ベッドルームがあります。
2階には2つのクイーンベッドルームがあり、1つは通りの向こうの自然保護区を見渡し、もう1つはリアガーデンを見下ろす。 共用着陸は、浴槽を備えた2番目の完全浴室です。

This beautiful antique home played host to a week’s family vacation in the charming village of Wellfleet. We found everything that we needed in the way of modern conveniences in the rental. When we arrived, New England was experiencing a heatwave. No problem. The home had an air conditioning unit in each bedroom as well as in the great room on the first floor. Once the heatwave broke, numerous windows had screens, along with screens on the front and back door, providing wonderful cross breezes. A large deck accommodated a six person outdoor dining table with a built in umbrella. The large back yard was full of flowers, birds and butterflies. We found plentiful shade at that table throughout the day. Two full bathrooms, plus a wonderful private outdoor shower and tub (with hot and cold water) provided plenty of options for the three couples to all get ready simultaneously. In addition to a ceiling fan in the great room, nearly a dozen table fans were also situated all over the house! Modern conveniences also included a high efficiency washer and dryer and a dishwasher and microwave oven. For ease of access to the three private bedrooms, the home has two New England style staircases to the second floor, and another staircase to the large third floor bedroom. Finally, the rental has all of the items one would expect in a kitchen and walk in pantry to cook for and entertain company. It felt like home, not a rental! We will certainly be back for future Wellfleet family vacations!

We recently celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday and our long-awaited family reunion on Cape Cod, and I can honestly say it was one of the most meaningful weekends we’ve ever had. The setting was perfect—peaceful beaches, crisp ocean air, and a cozy rental that felt like home the moment we stepped in.
