It is clean, has everything you need(laundry machine, hair dryer, fridge and microwave oven). It is very close to the metro station and cafes and restaurants. They also have a storage for luggage. My flight was at 9pm so I stored my luggage downstairs and spent the day sight seeing.

Steep steps. But it is just one flight of stairs.

The apartment was excellent! The apartment was very quiet, clean and modern inside with all the amenities we needed for our short stay. The location was great, just a couple of minutes to the metro for a quick journey right into the heart of Paris while the surrounding area had great boulangeries, restaurants and other amenities. Jim, the host, and his team were very helpful and proactive with their communication making check in and check out easy. We also appreciated being able to store our bags for the afternoon. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment, great location - metro stations very close to get anywhere you wish, a lot of bars, restaurants and shops around. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Host was very helpful and responsive. We were able to leave our luggage much earlier than our check-in.

The fridge was quite dirty, and the windows and window sills in the bathroom were dirty as well. There is a coffee machine but no capsules for it are provided (not even a few just as a welcome treat). Same for washing machine - not even one pod or a bit of detergent. In the bathtub the shower switch on the tap is broken.
