PREMIER SUITES Antwerp

The room was comfortable, the beds were good, and the coffee was a nice addition. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Housekeeping was only carried out after guests checked out, regardless of how many days they stayed. There was no regular room cleaning during the stay. Additionally, basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo were not provided in the bathroom. These are essential services that should be improved.

We booked the penthouse so it was spacious and just next to a parking garage which is very convenient

Upon arrival there was a member of the hotel: she didn’t smile or properly greet us. She had some notes in front of her so I was waiting for her to ask our names or whatever. After few minutes of weird silence I asked if she needed our passports. The whole time she looked so grumpy: I never encountered that anywhere before. I even told her at the end that maybe she can smile more. If you work in a hotel I expect hospitality. You can have a bad day but if you’re a professional you know that you smile at your guests. We saw her checking in new guests the next day: she wouldn’t smile to save her own life… Missing some basic amenities like hairdryer. You cannot control the temperature in the room: so I was cold, also because of drafting of the ventilation- which you cannot control either.

Priced matched the level of quality and standard of the property

The location and basic facilities of the lift were great

Cleaning of the room could be done much better, especially the less obvious parts of the room (dust underneath bed, dust on lamps, a/c system etc
