+ Receptionist approach was great
+ Location - Being In Bratislava, but in nature
- parking was possible, but sometimes full - depends on the time when you come to the hotel
- as a human with allergy - a bit dusty carpet, otherwise everything nice and clear

Staff try their best
· needs some upgrade as def not a 4 star standard hotel. toilet didn’t work asked three times during our stay and left with toilet still broken one room the knobs of the furniture kept coming off ,no plug hole in bath so only can take a shower, reception closes early so you have to take back entrance which has no lift so family member struggled to go up the stairs.
