We absolutely loved Hard Rock Hotel, we did not want to leave. The pool facilities feels like its own waterpark, you don’t really need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. The buffet breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and the juice was delicious. Well worth the price and we would love it go back. We got a welcome package of free drinks and a photo package. Close walk to shops,spa, markets,beach very busy but a fun experience. We used the gym which is small but has everything you need and a sauna and cold plunge too. There is two pools we had access to a private smaller family one and then the big massive waterpark with slides and beach volleyball and a toddler play area. My 2,5,8 year old were in paradise. We meet lovely families staying there and the staff were helpful. 100% recommend.

If I could choose One thing that took a little getting use to was finding our room as the place is massive and the levels and wings are a little confusing and a little walk away from everything.

Everything - great staff - nice breakfasts - good pool - room was pleasant

The only thing that was annoying is that people (other guests) they reserve the day beds near the pool by putting their towels there early in the morning and then not using the beds until later. This meant that when I tried to get a bed early in the day (10am) all of them had already been taken but weren’t actually being used

A beautiful and well maintained resort. Lots of extras and entertainments.

Our room has an “old” furniture smell for some reason.
