Individual room was comfortable, including the bed. Everything was clean. Parking is very convenient. Breakfast was quite good. Staff was kind and helpful.
Good option for a stay when going to concerts in the Merkur Spiel Arena
It’s probably not the best location if you don’t have a car since it’s in a secluded area, we didn’t use public transportation so we cannot comment on the accessibility to other areas.

Location
view of building paid for 2 priveledge room and view was dismal onto the internal area let the room down and echoed when planes flew over.
1 room had a nice view onto gardens and was nice and peaceful.
Also Asked for rooms to be near together and totally opposite ends

My room was clean and spacious.
My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking.
The interior of the building looked worn out and unkept.
The facade of the building looked rundown
