Balthasar Neumann Speiserei & Gästehaus - Zentrum Brühl -E-Ladestation, nähe Phantasialand

Perfect location in the center on Bruhl, elevator - that was important for my family, small kitchenette, fridge, nice balcony

I liked everything

Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Reception was welcoming and showed us to our room. Be aware most rooms are not in the same building as reception but actually a 2-3 minute walk away. The location of the hotel was great, close to the station for the Phantasialand shuttle and in the centre of town so easy access to shops and restaurants.

The curtains didnt cover the windows so make sure you take an eye mask if this is an issue.

Great location for Phantasialand, really comfortable room, huge bath and bathroom.

Reception being in a different building was a bit strange but wasn't a deal breaker.

Very central

The room was next to the front door and all other guests have been inconsiderate. Maybe get a small self closing door or apply some nighttime house rules to make the stay better
