Massive sized rooms with beautiful views of the Sheikh Zayed Road, the breakfast was great and the hotel was located in the best locality which had easy access to the metro and was centrally located.

They need to change covers and have napkins on all the tables since the restaurant for breakfast gets full fast. Would appreciate if there is a rent a car on the premises.

The cleanliness was excellent, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable, and the view was absolutely amazing.

The only downside was the breakfast. Honestly, I didn’t find it very impressive, especially for Arab guests, as there weren’t many good options for us. Most of the food was Asian-oriented. However, the restaurant staff were excellent, very friendly and cooperative, even on very busy days. As for the location, although the hotel looks very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa on the map, it’s not really walkable You will need transportation to get around. Even the nearest metro station is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Staff were great, very nice and helpful. I guess if you did not have that staff, you would be a 3 stars hotel if not less. Shout out to Omnia the receptionist, and the cashier gentleman at Jones the Grocer, unfortunately, I did not get his name. He's usually there around 10 and 11 pm.

Breakfast was ok but definitely not what I was expecting, the dinning area was very tiny and I had to wait to find a spot to sit. The dinner was the biggest disappointment, it's a scam, they show you all these fancy foods and buffet, thai food, etc. There's no Asian or sushi food, it's a set menu, and you are not allowed to even choose from all sections, i.e. you either get a main dish and appetizer and no dessert, or a dessert and appetizer but not main dish lol. What a joke! That was so emabrrasing to even discuss that with the server that the server felt bad for me and gave me a scoop of ice-cream lol. The facilites are so old inclduing the furnitures. The windows were dirty as hell and when I asked for cleaning it, the cleaning crew said they do it every 2 months lol. I hate to leave bad reviews, but I don't want others getting scammed as what happened to me.
