The bed were very comfortable and clean, very nice breakfast

They closed the waiting room close to the reception in the evening, that is the only place for sitting or for a nice read, or doing whatever. It's like stay only on your room, because in the other areas, like the hallway, there is no other option to sit

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was not as quiet as I would have wished for.

Casual and classical hotel, also my room was a lovery attic. Bathin things and breakfast were okay. 堅苦しくないがクラシックなホテル。かわいらしい屋根裏部屋でした。 水回りと朝食はよかった。

During my stay, since Trier was quite cold I badly needed air conditioning at night, but the heater didn't work and the reception was closed. Somehow I didn't even notice the phone was there. I had no idea how should I do, so had to wear my puffy jacket when sleeping. 滞在中トリーアはかなり寒くて夜は暖房が必要でしたが、ヒーターは機能しなかったのと、受付ももう閉まっていて、なぜか電話があることに気づかなかった私はどうしたらいいかわからず、ダウンジャケットを着込んで寝ることになりました。
