Austria Trend Hotel Europa Graz Hauptbahnhof

The staff were super nice 👌🏻 The view was good and the neighborhood was quite at night. All the workers were super nice to me. I loved that the window can be opened completely.

I asked for soy milk for four days at the breakfast, they only had it in the first day after that for 3 days straight the answer was maybe tomorrow it will be available. I stopped asking after the third time. The sockets where we plug in the charger were directly on the fridge heat. I don't think that's a good thing.

Good location for a stopover in that it was easy drive in from the motorway, there is plenty of parking and it's only a 20 min walk from the historic centre of Graz which is very beautiful. You could also hop on a tram. The room was a little bit dated but clean. Breakfast was very good.

The air conditioning was terrible

Comfortable, quiet room and smart bathroom. Location opposite the railway station Good buffet breakfast

The receptionist wasn’t particularly welcoming

All personnel was very kind and nice, really nice and warm people happy to help.

The location is not exactly the best, very close to the station, not much to see going out.
