ロカンダ アンティカ ベネチア

Fabulous welcome! All staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding. Room was as photo suggested, very good, clean, quiet, wonderfully located. We cannot fault. Super!

Nothing really, only note it is up 4 short flights of stairs which was fine as we do not have mobility issues.

Spacious room. Cool and comfortable. Loved the balcony and watching the sunset. Enjoyed espresso and cappuccino in the morning.

It was clean and comfortable. The receptionist on arrival was very welcoming and helpful. The roof terrace was a bonus

The entrance was revolting and didn’t reflect the hotel rooms. The receptionist on departure completely indifferent.

The location, the friendly staff, and the effort made to keep the place clean.

The room felt dated and had a stale smell. Some parts of the walls were already peeling off. The hotel is located on the top floor of a four-storey building, and the entrance leaves a poor first impression. After passing through the access doors, you have to walk through a rather unwelcoming ground-floor area before reaching the hotel. Overall, the initial impression could be improved considerably.
