Location, the food and convenience to the mall and the staff was very nice and friendly. Shout out to the Spa staff top notch
There were a couple of bugs that found their way into my room, I’m not talking about mosquitoes or flies, they were a couple of crawling bugs. The buttons to flush the toilet being positioned right behind the toilet for a guy doing #2 or women having to contort our body just to flush the toilet vice putting the buttons into the side wall to flush.

The stuff, the location, the room, the food for breakfast
The noise coming from the beach road constantly we were on 33 hi but the noise was very strong

They charges me more than booking with around 700 bath extra and they told me u have to contact with booking to fix the issue and also the room very uncomfortable and very noisy u can hear the winds the whole day and windows shaking very hard and during the afternoon the A/C not working very well
