Parking was so easy and the staff were amazing, very polite and attentive. Perfectly situated near to the river and fabulous restaurants. A beautiful hotel and well run. Even one of the staff said how much they like working there which says a lot for how it is run. Will definitely return!

Everything. Beautiful hotel. Very luxurious. Great amenities and the bars / terrace were lovely. The spa was also so relaxing.

This hotel was exceptional. The common areas and rooms are both clean and beautiful. The amenities are lovely - a pool, beautiful garden/patio area and even a small gym. It was quiet and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are large and well lit. We were in Ghent at the time of the summer festival in late July. The hotel location is perfect - short walk to all the venues but enough off the main area that it was quiet. We would definitely return!
